We are planning on planting quite a few trees in our garden, even 4 used as a shade area for our outdoor table, i.e. one at each corner, instead of a pergola etc... I need a tree that is deciduous, won't get too big and will spread out instead of just heading for the sky. I saw this idea in a garden done by Naturescape, a well known WA landscape design company and loved it! They used Plane trees...not an option for me! Also been looking at Peter Fudge...his gardens are amazing!
