The site is fairly clean and mainly sand fill over fairly clay soil. What do people suggest in regards to removing top layer and replacing with soil etc? We're getting bobcat to remove soil for our paving front and back but should we consider doing the whole block to a particular level? Is there a standard approach to clearing and preparing the site?
