Hi guys,
I know that the best time to plant trees is autum/winter - but as that timeframe fast becomes to a clse (roll on spring ), i am wondering if it is still ok to plant mature/advanced trees beyond winter and into sprng time?
We dont know exacly wat we want yet, But will probably e looking at natives - and we want sething with a bit of aturity/height to them already.... We want smi secnt trees sooner rather than later.
I know we still have a couple of weeks of winter - but it will take us a few weeks to clear out space and work out what we want and where we want it....
So can we still plant in sept? Given we will paying decent money for advanced trees, i dont want to risk them, But at the same time, would live to get some in the ground if we can without acing to wi another 6-9 months.
Thanks for any input.
