Backyard is around 80 sqm , we have removed all the rocks and rubbish. What’s the next step? Lay soil and turf directly? How much does it cost for 80 sqm roughly?
Path1, how to lay pebble and pave? Does soil go firstly then pave then pebble?
Path2, there are retaining wall and pipe, how to deal with that when laying things? What about the height?
Pipes need to be connected. What kind of pipe we should buy? How to cut and seal?
Driveway side, two scenarios.
1. If raising the land, does a retaining wall needed on right hand side?
2. If not raising the land, how to resolve the difference of height between inside gate and outside gate?
Many thanks for advise:)

Drainage important - ie slope away from house - maybe ag drain etc.
Stones/bark = about 10sq spread to a 1 cu sq load. But - depends on thickness you want.
Plan it all on paper first and try to get heavy stuff dumped close to where you need it. Also create an order - ie if stones are going to rear - do that first. Don't do front then cart it all over the top of finished work ...
Pipe available at bunnings and a good glue will seal OK.

for turf, follow these steps - viewtopic.php?f=19&t=43570
Assuming you are DIY, the turf itself costs $7-$10 per square meter, depending on where you are and which turf you use.
agree with Saint Mike to plan it all on paper first- map out garden beds, etc.
