Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Aug 04, 2013 11:51 am Hi all, I am so worried. I recently had an oppertunity to re home a reasonable sized dracaena plant. We transplanted straight away into a pot. I included stones at the bottom for drainage and used a mix of potting mix, soil and topped off with some sheep manure. This was about 2 weeks ago and now the trees leaves have about 70-80% turned yellow and falling off at an amazingly fast rate. I am so worried I am going to loose the plant. Can anyone help? I have pictures but unsure how to post from my phone? Also i have tried holding the plant in place with a large stake and some bricks at the base. in addition i noticed thismorning a little mould on the verry surface in te sheepmanure. can anyone offer advice on what i can try and do to save my plant? i love this plant and am quote worried. thamks so much Re: Dracaena transplant urgent help needed 2Aug 04, 2013 12:29 pm I am no expert about dracaenas but about 4 months ago I took a heap of cuttings for my new house from some dracaenas I had given to my parents many years ago. The same thing happened to my cuttings (although they didn't have roots). I was prepared that I would lose them all, and just left them in the pots where I potted them. Just this week, I have noticed a whole heap of new growth on almost all of them. So I think, just be patient. The transplant shock may put it back a bit, but it may well come back bigger and better than before. Fingers crossed for you. I look forward though to hearing the opinion of someone who is more pf an expert on these things. My Building Thread:https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=66153 Thank you @.
