By that i mean digging out the existing soil and putting in drainage lines? If you can do that then you can then put in a sandy soil that drains freely which will filter the water into the drainage lines and stop the waterlogging. Then you can lay a buffalo turf like Palmetto, Sir walter, saphirre etc.. as long as you get some sun (3-4 hours) for most of the year. Its pretty hard to get good sun this time of year so the turf would go a bit yuck over winter but not much you can do about that.. It will grow fine the rest of the year.
