Hi people,
We are about to commence building a house which has a feature window splashback in kitchen and right opposite to that across the other wall is a similar window for meals area. Basically these 2 windows are fixed rectangular windows right opposite to each other looking into either side of our side yards.
While we are loving the idea of having those feature windows, we are totally clueless how to make them more interesting. At the moment they will be looking onto our fence on both sides. Only thing that we could think of is having some nice green plants in that area of side yards. We are thinking of buying some young plants and let them grow while building progresses so, we will have them ready by the time build finishes. Both these windows are about 1 meter high from ground level.
Any suggestions with what plants we can consider(pictures would really help guys, as I don't know one single plant name ), we basically want something that looks green and fresh in all seasons and not too heavy looking with just reasonable enough maintenance.
Any suggestions/thoughts from gardening experts here please?
TIA
