Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Jun 11, 2013 9:36 pm Hi there, I've made this vegie patch out of ironwood sleepers. Lined them with weed mat. Any ideas as to what type of wood to use as a decorate border on the top of the sleepers. They are 50mm, and it'd be handy to have a thicker walkway in the middle of the 2 patches butted together (because of space). Any ideas? And it makes it last more than 5 years which is fine by me. I have lined the patch edges with weed mat to avoid evaporation and to further help protect the wood over time. http://burkesbackyard.com.au/article.php?id=6079 A person needs to be licensed to offer financial advice.
