Add to that it's on the downslope of a hill that's 300m higher. Want more, annual rainfall is 900mm. Basic landscaping, if you would call it that, will be a 10-15m radius of crushed rock etc around the house, part of bushfire treatment. Anything else will have to wait a year or 2. Who should I turn to for the basic design of drainage, Swales, and even a large fishpond. Not really, pond yes, dam no.. BTW, no sewer and no Stormwater. I can do my own earthworks, with access to excavators and SkidSteers. Have got a full Contour Survey. Think this might be below what a Landscape Designer would want to take on.
