Re: Particular plant in Perth 3Apr 20, 2013 6:36 pm Currently, there's a beautiful batch being grown by a wholesale grower. easily available from any Perth Garden Centre. If not in stock, just order it. It is available. If you are being told, "What's that?" or "We can't get it", go elsewhere. What part of Perth are you near? Then we can guide you to a good nursery that will help you Yes the above nursery mentioned is among one f Australia's best. Those working there have to sit an exam to work there. The owners are two of the most wonderful people you can meet. Staff are some of the best educated in Horticulture. Not the easiest of areas, but look at speaking "specifically" with Sandra or Jason at the nursery at Midland Bun. Guildford Town Garden Centre is another good nursery to head to. Zanthorrea if you get stuck. Bun in Clarkson as a long shot. Just not that joint that has recently gone up in your area. Couldn't sell a good plant if they tried. Who the hell hand waters a whole garden centre????? That is crazy and impossible Re: Particular plant in Perth 6Apr 20, 2013 10:13 pm Thank so much I shall try Bun Midland first Building again . . with Redink Pre-start 04/12 Keys - 03/13 Finishing off. . . I recall being involved in a landscape that years later was featured in WA's habitat liftout in the Weekend West Newspaper. To see the Dodonea's established and cared for as we suggested, exceeded our expectations. Regular clipping, they'll get better and better. Soon the cold air will start to get the colour really showing in the leaves. Nice flower show. Greener foliage in the summer. 0 4703 I am not sure whether Perth has its own way of doing things in regards to this. Most of Perth has class A (sandy soil), except for some areas near rivers or hills. 2 13098 1 11004 |
