I will very shortly be levelling my back yard, putting in a shed and planting grass. I want a nice lawn area about 22m x 5m and I want it pretty level.
I don't want any water problems so I need to sort the drainage. After a quick google I found a couple of sites that reccomended a fall of 3 inches every 10 feet. To me that seems quite a lot and in my yard it would equate to over a half a meter fall.
I want my yard flat, like a bowling green. Is it achievable by digging some trenches and inserting the ag pipe?
