Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Sep 23, 2012 1:27 pm Less than 3 months ago I had a good neighbour colourbond fence installed, going halfs with neighbour. I noticed today two panels (out of 30ish) rusting! all others are ok. My first point of call will be the installer. But I think I know the cause. In the morning I have noticed condensation on those panels, and not on the others. This side neighbour has installed a poly Urban style water tank a few inches off the fence. On the otherside of block is 12 months older fence that neighbour has a shed similarly next to the fence without a problem. Can I insist the neighbour move the tank? Or is there a solution without moving the tank? Along the lines of a foam panel between tank and fence.
