I bought a couple of lemon scented tea trees from our local nursery yesterday, but they only had 3 and I was after a couple more so I bought 3 more from Bunnings. They are the same species, info on the tags are the same, but they look a little different.
The ones from the nursery stand up straight and have lots of small dark green leaves.
The ones from Bunnings are quite droopy (I assume from lack of water?), have fewer leaves and the leaves are bigger and lighter in colour.
My concern (assuming I can bring the droopy ones back to life) is that they're a slightly different plant and might look different as they get bigger or that they'll grow at different rates.
Or is it just a case of different care and conditions as they've grown? Any ideas?
