The entry "Removal of additional clean fill (13ton). Allowance $750" appears twice. Is this an error? I'm about to get landscaping quotes, but have no idea what is to be expected. Having said that, $17,000 sound about right. Demolition August 2009, Construction Started September 2009, Completed December 2010 Re: Landscape quotation, is that a good price or not? 3Aug 10, 2012 1:47 pm Thanks.Casa2 I'm also wondering why the fee "Removal of additional clean fill (13ton). Allowance $750" appears" being charged twice. One for Excavation and one for Driveway. We prefer to do the landscaping which we can do by ourselves with tools. I'm not sure can these be done by non-professional people like us? Supply and install plant as shown on the plan. Plants to be watered and fertilised upon completion. Ask about the size of pots of the plants they are supplying, they might be a lot smaller than they appear to be in the design. I can't imagine how hard it is to lay pebbles but maybe there's some technique to it.
