Hi,
We are building within the Holroyd Council in Sydney, and our estate will only allow native plants and trees.
I am having a few issues finding the following at our local nurseries, and council has advised me that we can substitute as long as they are the same scheduled size.
Can anyone suggest alternatives for:
[*] 1 x tree to rear yard: Snow in Summer (Melaleuca lineariifolia) 75lt; height 8000
[*] 4 x Plants to the front yard: Everlasting (Ozothamnus diosmifolius) 5lt; height 2000
FYI the sun rises in the front left of our house (if you are inside) and sets in the back.
We have a retaining wall to the front so these plants will be a feature. We already have 4 x Cordyline in a planter box, 1 x Acmena Smithii tree, and Acmena Allyn Magic bordering the driveway. Our house colours are tones of grays and black, so we prefer the brighter greens.
Appreciate any help!
