Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Feb 10, 2012 6:59 pm I'm hoping somebody with knowledge of reticulation systems can help me. I am in Perth and have a bore which operates 2 zones. I changed over to MP Rotator sprinklers some time ago, and while it seems to be working well enough I rather suspect that the reduced flow of the MP Rotators is resulting in too much pressure in the system. The MPRs deliver at less than half the rate of conventional sprinklers. I'd like to try running all of the sprinklers at once, (cutting down the power bill and possibly reducing the load on the bore motor), but I'm not sure how to go about this. Would it simply be a matter of having both solenoids wired to station 1, so that both would be open when the system starts? If I understand it properly the valves (via solenoid) are usually closed and only open when receiving power, so both valves would be closed if i just removed the wires. Is this right?
