(Man those things hurt to step on) We have moved into our new house & would like to start some landscaping outside but I would like to try & get the cowthrop under control, I have heard this can take a few years though as seeds lay dormant underground? Does anyone know the most effective way to remove the weed? Any spray that is suitable, bearing in mind we have young children & a dog so I don't want to put them at risk. We are also planning on getting 3 or 4 goats to keeps the weeds in general under control, do they actually help or does the seed spread again once they poo?
