Is the most economical solution a concrete sleeper wall, covered in blueboard, rendered? Is this prone to cracking through soil movement, and what can be done to minimise? do you glue blueboard diretc to the smooth back of sleeper 'seconds'. or space it with horizontal wood/steel battons? and finally is a foam panel, rather than blueboard, of benefit? Soil is solid sandstone and clay.
