I'm close to buying this property at Tarneit.
ARCHICENTER has recommended site drainage upgrades as these are substandard. Weep holes have also been identified to be getting covered in some parts.
Multiple professional recommendations are provided such as plumber, landscaper, painter etc depending on each area (garden, bedroom, wet area, living etc) ARCHI analysed. But impact of site drainage seems to be all around.
Anyone have any idea on who is the comprehensive best who can do this task. Plumber / Gardener etc ? Also an idea on cost would be very useful as I would be looking to spend less.
Another thing I may look to combine is a rainwater tank. Any suggestion on size and installation cost ?
Thanks and have a Pleasant XMAS/NEW YEAR.

Plumber or Landscaper could both tackle your problem. Will the works require alterations to existing garden beds\walls? then a landscaper could repair damage while there.
No one could give a cost without knowing the scope of works and the existing stormwater layout.
Tank size would be calculated on roof size/down pipes feeding etc.
