After laying some Palmetto back then we have decided we are going to lay some more to replace the ugly toppings that we put down in front of the deck between the lawn. We originally prepped the soil for this area and adding most of the good stuff etc so i'm wondering if we should go the hole hog in soil prep again before laying this lot of turf? Are there ay tips on how to merge the 'old' turf with the 'new'? Ihave to admit that the lawn has been a little neglected, there are weeds coming through but it doesn't look all that bad, just needs some extra love and care Melbourne peeps, has anyone found an organic soil supplier other than BAAG? Rake over some of that through the existing soil. Redo the compost in there too. Most will have been consumed.
