Hi folks
I posted last year asking ways to rid my lawn of oxalis.... we used... can't even remember the name of it now... but it worked (temporarily) after a couple of applications. I was hoping it was gone forever but knew it couldn't be 'that' easy. Now, with the warmer weather, it is back again.
We'll deal with it if we can bothered, but.... we like to put some of the lawn clippings in the compost from time to time but haven't done since we realised what was in the lawn clippings. Is it safe to put clippings that have oxalis seeds/whatnot into the compost, or will this only help spread the 'weed' when we use the compost around the garden??. The last thing I want to do is spread it around, but I'm also really disappointed that we can't put lawn clippings in the compost.
Thanks for any input.
