I planted it out this time last year and it grew prolifically, pruned it in early winter when it dropped all it's leaves and it is now bursting with life again (shoots and leaves galore) but no flowers. Are flowers the first thing to emerge or could it yet have flowers to come? I'd love some fruit off it! It is currently at about 2m high and the base of the grafted part is about 10cm diameter but I have no idea how old the tree was when we bought it. If it was too young it will be buggered for fruit for many years to come. Also some trees fruit different times. The leaves come out first and then flower, but when depends on the variety of Apricot.
