Foundation of paving- will it be crushed rock base laid on sand or concrete base laid on mortar and grouted? That costs alone will be a fair difference. Irrigation- manual/automatic, connection to water tank with pump, or to mains water Planting- pot size price varies greatly as well as species Types of lights, screen timber used It's hard to work out if the price is ok by not seeing it, and looking over the job, but there's a fair bit of work there and initial thoughts say over 30k would be what it would work out to be. By all means get a few quotes, but remember that cheaper quotes (by significant margin) usually means shortcuts or cheaper quality materials.
