First i pruned it right down until only a few branches with leaves were left. I then trenched around the base of the tree in a 0.7m square and went down about 0.5 deep and used a snatch strap to pull it down and drag it to a new spot. I dug a new hole using the same technique. once it was in place I used seasol to water it once a week. So far it looks like it may have worked, although time will tell. Its a bit rough but it would cos a fortune to pay someone to do it for you. Your house roof does not show rusting other than some surface rust on the flashings.
