Hi again, wise ones.
Along with the roses in buckets, I also inherited a gloriosa lily in a pot which, although I think is in the dormant phase, might be freezing to death. I am in Melbourne (11 degrees outside, with wind and rain). I am a tad worried about it as since I have had custody its leaves appear to be going a bit yellow.
Do you think I should bring it inside where it might be short of light but nevertheless warm, or put it in the terrarium room thing within the house area where, although open to the outside, it would cop the rain but would keep it out of the wind a bit, or not worry about it because it's only going to sleep for the winter? Or none of the above and I'm completely on the wrong tram? It's just that it looks very cold out there.
Again, like the roses, I would have some conscience about letting it croak. Help, help.
PS: Thanks for the help with the roses. I have taken it at face value and they are still in the buckets - too cold to go out and do anything about them.
