The easement is just an open pipe from the road with a dip through the land into the neighbours yard where water should follow (no pipes etc). We have been thinking about digging it out a little and installing bedrock (small) along the length and treating it like a creek (possibly running a pipe and pump from one end to the other so that water does run through. We have one on the high boundary of our house (not on our property but through the easement between us and the neighbours). We're also wondering how we can make ours look a bit nicer.
