Also, slow-growing. They're lovely, but if you want an alternative to a grass tree due to cost and slow growth, they're probably no better. Go have a look at Sertel's - they have quite large cycads and grass trees for very good prices. I have a reasonably sized one in a pot that would sell for $70-80 in most nurseries and I only paid $40 for it. No point at all buying weeny little ones to save $$.
