Hi all,
Ive just built a home in Adelaide and have now come to the phase of doing my landscaping front and rear. I've been trying to chase down some design ideas of some wide frontage front landscapes as this is what I'm dealing with. House is approx 20m wide and have lots of space to fill up! Ive recently had exposed agg. poured for driveway, and am considering continuing this around for front path access etc. Ive attached a couple pics of what I'm dealing with.
If anyone is bored and wants to have a little doodle with the landscape plan that'd be fantastic!
I've had a few goes at it but a little in decisive, I say one way, partner says another.. you know how it is !
Our biggest issue is whether to have a walkway direct to front of house, or off to side as the front of house is on a bend.
Also advise on whether to have vegetation/small plants directly up against the slab? if look at pic1, looks awesome but not sure how that'd go against the slab?
The blank canvas: (there has been a council footpath laid in front of house now also).
The exposed agg:
The blank landscape design:
Couple of my ideas:
and just a couple of 3D views of designed backyard
And some ideas ive looked at :

Any help or photo ideas would be greatly appreciated!
