Not a very large area but could easily use 300m of Techline 1.6lph @ 0.3m spacing if it were spaced at 0.3m. I'm assuming I just run off an open garden tap into my solenoid valve, then filter, then a pressure reducing valve (although probably don't need it as static pressure where I am is around 5-600 kPa. Questions for the experts. 1. Is the above configuration of the valve etc correct. 2. Do I need a polypipe return line back the headworks to flush 3. To prep all of this how deep would I need to excavate below adjacent concrete level to allow for installation so that the grass would sit flush with concrete after completion? 4. Can you get wireless controllers for this sort of application as wiring wasnt allowed for and there is no access to install a wired controller. Much appreciated and thanks in advance! This is an expensive yet unbelievably essential bit of gear. They ensure your water supply and that of the street is not contaminated by fertilisers, pesticides. This valve is not needed for sub mulch set ups in the garden. A standard backflow or check valve is all that is required for those. This is why I will generally only do that style under lawns at the high end of clients. Far more practical is to use RainBird gear drives or Hunter MP rotators. MP's will work off low water pressure and are extremely efficient. Not as efficient as subsoil but still rate very highly and not far behind. can someone with more experience give me their insight? land is pretty much flat its pretty much at the top of a hill. left and right neighbours are flat in line with my… 0 7466 2 4385 there should be ss cable so you can pull up bore pump for service 1 3152 |
