The initial payment for the soil test and contour survey should have allowed the Builder to quote appropriate drainage requirements for the individual site, so the Tender in our case included provision to install 3 off Storm Water Grates and piping and an extra provision for a trench grate for in front of the garage doors (if required), this is all plumbed to the street gutter. We have just had our under slab plumbing done yeaterday and the SWG's have been installed at the same time. If you look at our thread, the site plan shows the position of the grates (SWG) on the cut side of the block. I will attach photos of the plumbing once my daughter gets around to sending me the images.
