I have a Rover with the B&S motor, the 190cc motor is a ripper as it powers through the grass nicely (I fill a 240 litre wheelie bin each week with grass clippings) on less than a tank. Its just over a year old and only two dramas-sometimes wouldn't shut off (lubricated top of carby where the throttle linkage is) and a bung spark plug (all of seven dollars).
The other good thing is the air intake is mounted below the throttle so the filter lasts a while longer as the air is cleaner above the ground as compared to the height above the deck where the carby is. It was less than $500 and runs on ULP no problems. A change of blades is under forty bucks (may be a lot less than this) and you'll need two sets as its a four blade mower.
