It has to be approved by a landscape architect or qualified landscape designer with species suitable for the site conditions and location. There is already a large citrus tree there and another large shrub. I want to fill the gap with 2 lilly pillies, a lime and a lemon tree. So I don't need a design service, just someone to sign off on it. I was thinking of going to the nursery to ask if they would sign off on it or to find a stump grinder with those qualifications who could remove 2 stumps and give me sign off.
