We need to fill some dips and uneven patches around the back with some top soil - and I'm just wondering if the lawn will grow through or do we need to add more seeds over the spots filled in? And a question along the same lines, we are building 3 x 60cm high raised veggie patches - do we need to dig up the lawn (brunnings) underneath or is that deep enough that once we add the soil in 60cm high, it won't grow through and will die off? Even if it grows a little bit, that's fine as long as it doesn't grow enough to interfere with veggie roots and come right through. ?????
