Put some AG pipe up against the wall on the bottom. run it away from the brick wall to a low point in ur garden. cover with scorier rock, basically you want to get water away from the wall and to somewhere it can run off. And more importantly away from the slab. If you can imagine. I ran AG pipe at the base of the brick wall, under the retaining wall, out infront of the door you can see and away to a point where the land slopes down. Then i covered it in scorier rock to let water pass through and then filled with dirt. I didn't take pics of that..sorry! If you have some pictures of your area I can draw up a quick plan for you.
