They could be agapanthus, or clivias, or liriopes? It's hard to tell without a better idea of size, the scale is a bit lost with the photo taken from above. Yuccas actually grow into massive trees if you let them, I am always pruning mine. If you are in Melbourne I can give you some yucca pups, and also some agapanthus and/or clivias, they are self-sprouting. That's stops them taking over. Just slice them a shovel or axe when they get a bit fat, don't let them get out of control as that's when it's a real slog to fix. Easier said than done. They guy over the road just wants to cry about the situation he is in. Needs a back hoe to remove them. I tried to get a spade into them but I would have more chance of picking the lotto numbers for this Thursday. (The smaller ones) The grassy green ones maybe a Lomandra of some sort. The leafy green ones Pittosporum Miss Muffet by the look. They are very hard to make out.
