I was quoted $67 per tonne for "river sand". Is it meant to be this expensive? Even more expensive (per cubic meter) than the organic soil? I think I need 4m3 of sand which equates to 5.6 tonnes. Pricey stuff!!! I think I remember Fu saying normal brickies sand will do? Might be a bit cheaper. Would it be salty? coarse river sand seems to be the cheapest option available at the moment.
