Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 Sep 14, 2010 8:13 pm I am after some advice about what quality v cost on turf. We will be looking to lay about 250 sqm of tuf when our house is finished (all areas where it is being layed get good sun). We like Sir Walter as we layed that in our previous house and thought it was fantastic, but it is not the cheapest turf (already had a quote for about $2,500). I have heard that there is another turf that is around now that is like Sir Walter, but a bit cheaper. can anyone advice the best turf both quality and cost wise? Also, are there other options of where to buy turf except our local landscaping place or nursery? Can you buy directly from a turf farm? We are in North Brisbane, QLD. Thanks Painting finished, time to tile! It won't do you any favours. I'm not even mentioning it. Sir Walter, Palmetto, or Empire. Empire is my pick as the costs on care down the track are far less for both you and the environment. deep roots with low water needs and needs stuff all mowing. Cheap now and very expensive later They using concrete or timber sleepers? Timber or steel uprights? Any drainage behind sleeper? 3 2790 Hello Josh, This is Irving from PRIMA, we are a manufacturer of the staircase, railings, kitchen cabinets, windows, doors from China.
