I would encourage you to vote (or really participate in, it is a survey isn't it ) Yes or NO, "Have you reduced your pesticide use by 100ml this month?." http://au.lifestyle.yahoo.com/better-ho ... _id/55612/ Like ⋅ Add a comment ⋅ Pin to Ideaboard ⋅ This is a subject very dear to Graham Ross's heart. He has for many years, worked to raise awareness among the public of the dangers many common garden pesticides and fungicides have on us, beneficial insects and also on microbes. Re: Reduce your use of fungicides and pesticides 3Aug 25, 2010 11:49 pm I love the fact that you support anything that will not harm the biological makeup of our earth. Something that really resonated with me once when watching costa's garden odyessy. He was talking about a rock, in the garden and he said something along the lines of "this rock has been on this earth for centuries before us, and will stay for centuries after us, so treat it with respect and give it the justification it deserves". The same goes for the biological makeup of the earth. Who are we to come and mix chemicals and start spraying them over living organisims or killing insects and bugs? What right does a human have over an insect (unless it is life threatening). Good work Fu. Power to the earth. That sucks! Hope it all works out.
