Turf - we can get it for $4.50 per sqm, laid. So maybe around $3000 .:. Front Yard Landscaping - about $2000 for retaining walls, top soil and levelling .:. Levelling of entire yard - $500 .:. Top soil over entire yard for turf - $1500 .:. Plants/mulch - no more than say $400 Total - about $8000 for a basic set up. Then you have to do fences, sheds etc. We are doing the planting ourselves but are getting other people to do the topsoil, levelling, turfing etc. It actually works out cheaper! Hi aaurora Can you tell me what type to turf you can get for $4.50 laid? Seems really cheap!! I agree - I am the boss!! Our Adenbrook home was completed in September. Re: New House: How much would it cost for landscaping 18Nov 16, 2007 3:22 pm thanks for that info Aaurora - we need to have most of that done too.
Don't forget markets are always the cheapest place for plants and they are good quality. Dare i suggest that some of us Brisbane people form a gardening coalition? One day at everyones house each - could be like a working bee - to help everyone keep their costs down. Homeowner provides bbq lunch??? Just build it the way I want and everything will be okay. Re: New House: How much would it cost for landscaping 19Nov 16, 2007 3:39 pm slugger - it's amazing when it comes to turf prices.
we want empire zoiysia - best price I could find to buy & lay myself was $6.50m2 - but then I would also need underlay. The guy who is doing our lawn irrigation (sub-surface to be water saving) will do turf + underlay + laying $6.50m2! 7 12017 I ended up going with 'Andrew Belic Construction Co.' https://www.instagram.com/andrewbelicconstruction/ 2 59683 I thought this would be a popular question but I haven't been able to find any similar posts. Perhaps I'm wording my searches wrong? When you have car insurance and the… 0 6623 |
