There is a retaining wall on one side which will have eventually have the fence built on top of that. What we want to do is put a reatining wall on the other side and also along the back and put the fence on top of that also. This would enable us to get dirt in to flatten out our block. (The maximim height of the retaining wall would be roughly 1-1.2mtrs). Has anyone had any experience with this (permits, cost etc) and can provide me with some contacts in the Melbourne Northern Suburbs which will do both Fence & Retaining Wall.
