This is our previous home, we built and owned it for 10 years. My husband did all the work himself. The pergola I can't give him credit for, we had someone come and build it for us!! Building on the Sunshine Coast - Land settled 22nd July 2009 Building contract finally signed (after much deliberation on our part) 11th November 2009 Building commences 25th January 2010 - small local builder End of June - almost completed fit out 26th July - MOVE IN DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Some areas are still a work in progress which have not progressed for a while, though. (Sorry there are quite a few photos, couldn't resist!) I also had the most gorgeous strip of trees (I forgot what they're called...) along my fence, but sadly they got murdered by my husband who decided to chop them all in half. To the right where the big green sheet is, there are what seem like a dozen rabbits (Not really, only 4) and for chickens in the fenced off area where a random sink is casually standing. To the right, I have about a dozen budgies and cockatiels a small vegetable patch.
