Then Floor Stripper - It's for ripping into vinyl floors like supermarkets, it does not strip paint, its a degreaser. Allow this to work for a while (about 10 min) then rinse away. You can get from markets or cleaning suppliers. About $5 for 4 liters. It won't clean ovens, but it will clean engine blocks. To neutralize use vinegar. Avoid aluminum. Never use neat. All safe on wood and plastics.
