Browse Forums Landscape & Garden Design 1 May 05, 2010 2:54 pm I have a 500cm clearance under the floor of my house that is currently under construction. I wanted to put in an underdeck or bladder tank to get it out of the way but most underfloor tanks need at least 700-800cm. Donuts and bagels are too expensive and I'm not in love with the screening method, so whats left, underground concrete? Re: choosing water tanks 3May 05, 2010 3:14 pm I think he means 500mm. Concrete could work but would need to be put in right at the start of construction. You could also do underground tanks further away that go under the driveway or lawn. Then no issue of clearance and except for a small service lid on the top, you don't see them. Building tip No. 3: A raft slab will not get you down a river. A waffle pod slab does not go with maple syrup. My building thread https://forum.homeone.com.au/viewtopic.php?f=31&t=53000 That was always going to be a challenge and a test of patience. Full marks to your mate. Did you discuss the wet area near the trampoline? 16 17287 Thanks for the reply. Had a look at the suggested lot and found other problem on easement, which i will asked in separate thread. 2 16608 |
