Where can I get reasonably priced shade sails

We are doing quite a bit of work in our backyard in order to sell our home.

We want to put some shade sails up over a deck. The biggest one would probably be a 5.5m triangular area.

Can anyone reccomend a cheap but not nasty shade sail? We are in Melbourne
If you have a sewing machine they are very easy to make from shadecloth. Insert tabs of nylon webbing in the corners onto which you have threaded a 'D' ring, stitch a criss-cross section to reinforce and then hems along each side. Buy some large galvanised screw eyes and hooks from the hardware store and bingo you have a shadesail.
Otherwise maybe somewhere like this?

I found these today - have never seen/purchased but they seem to look ok?

Cheers

If you like green and don't know if they are nasty for but for this price if it is then you haven't wasted much. http://www.dealsdirect.com.au/p/sail-sh ... riangle-1/

We got a cream one from them previously and haven't put it up yet but it feels the same as shadecloth fabric in spotlight.
we'll be getting them from a joint in South Aust. The make them to order and also have premade ones to buy. They do a right angled triangle that we like the look of

Thanks for the tips.

I dont want it to be too cheap and nasty as we want it to look decent. Had a look at a few on Ebay.

Actually one of the shade sail people on Ebay will custom make one for about $615. Specs are roughly 2m at one end and 4m at the other with the length being 9m.

Does that sound ok?
Sounds ok. I recommended the shade sail mob above because over here we get some of the strongest sustained winds for any capital city in the world. Most good shade sails are reinforced on the edges with stainless steel cable. They cost a bomb but don't tear or blow away when a corner gives out. The ones I posted are bloody strong but are far cheaper.
found this place

Their located in Officer (just before Pakenham)
No idea on prices though.
Graysonline also have quite a few on auction on a recurring basis.

Depends how much direct sun it gets. Is there any shading (eaves or trees)? If the sun hits a window directly it doesn't matter too much if it's double or single…
