The options are: Concrete but weeds will grow in any cracks or in plant or dirt debri that will build up in time. Once a year path weeder. Apply it once a year or sometimes two times a year Gravel, yep 100mm and you will still get weeds growing in the air spaces of the gravel. They will blow in on the wind, not come from under the ground. Once a year path weeder as well. Gravel, dirt dust etc will build up on this over time and weeds will grow in that. And you'll void the warranty. We have a similar gap between our garage and the neighbour's and nothing grows there. If it did, I'd simply squirt some weedkiller on it, but we're 12 months on and so far, nothing....
