Limestone is about 17 degrees cooler. Some concrete pavers are cooler than others on a 40 degree day. Some were 69 degrees and some were more. Timbercrete was 56 degrees or so, and Limestone 59 to 60. Some concrete was 78 degrees. You should not burn your feet on Timbercrete, or probably not on Quartz stone ( Cooler than Limestone) either. Timbercrete are pavers made from wood waste and concrete. I helped research an article coming up in Landscape contractor magazine next month, thats how I know these temperatures.
