He destroyed the grass in our current house because he runs on it, does his 'business' on it, and then does that little scoot thing after his business which lifts up the grass.
The area has pretty much turned to dirt.
We don't do much outside because, quite frankly, it's not a very nice place to hang out in.
We are building a lovely home next year, with a beautiful al fresco area, and my biggest fear is that my dog is just going to destroy it. He is not a puppy anymore, so has moved past the chewing furniture stage (thank God!) but the grass is my big concern.
We have a 10 month old baby, so i want for her and any future siblings to be able to play in the backyard on the grass, so not having grass is not an option.
Can anyone suggest ways to deal with this when we are landscaping our new home???
Suggestions for tough grass perhaps??
Thanks in advance
