My mate owns one of the biggest turf farms in QLD and they had a crop of Zoysia planted next to a crop of Sir Walter (planted at the same time). The irrigation system in that paddock broke for 1-2 weeks and the Zoysia went completely brown but the Sir Walter remained green. For the same price, you can't argue that Zoysia is better based on that information.
