He has advised that the grass is still alittle brown and we have asked him to go ahead and do it. Now, the big question, how do we take care of it after he has laid the lawn? EZ will be brown but it will come good. I just laid Sapphire SLB and it has gone brown..ish. - Straight off the bat you'll need to water it once or twice a day for 2 weeks (If it's hot..ish) then twice a week. (You'll obviously need a tank) If the landscaper is laying it then he should do the ground work (rotary hoe, top soil, compact it). Carbon enrichers, Seamangus (or equil) and some lawn water crystals should all be added BEFORE you lay the lawn. Then once laid: Seasol "Powerfeed" should be sprayed on once a week for 4 weeks (these are averages). Plus Molasses if you can.
