Hi,
I have a garden bed area which is at the front of my property which I have purposefully built to fit a large car.
We now have three cars parked at our home, and are looking at taking the weeds out of this area and laying a material which we can park a car on.
We don't want to use concrete or anything too permanent for 2 reasons.
1. It will be something used in the medium term, eventually being converted back to a garden bed.
2. It will be partly on the nature strip (there is no footpath on my side of the road).
I remember my parents had a substance layed which was a sandy/clay/stoney material which seemed to be not very susceptible to weeds.
The area in question is also on an incline, nothing too major, but I think stones would be a pain to have there.
I have it about 7 or 8cm deep at the moment, ready for some kind of covering.
Any suggestions greatly appreciated.
Cheers
Martin
